so, you have to call them to find out your dropoff location…they can’t tell you upfront.
i call the number they have given me on the contract for the dropoff information when a lady asks, “where is your location?”
“decatur, il,” i respond.
“decatur… oh, i’m sorry that’s out of my area. you’ll have to call a different number, let me give it to you…decatur…how do you spell that? D-E-K?”
Really? D-E-K?
Just another reason why Uhaul sucks…they give you the wrong numbers to call, and then they can’t even spell a simple city!
Just makes you laugh….
