this article points out that there are no african-american players on the houston astros world series roster. joe morgan seems to be “troubled” by that fact… while baseball is trying to do whatever it can to fix the problem. what’s next, a “race quote” for rosters? i may be taking this a little far…but why not, why couldn’t this happen in our politically correct world? why shouldn’t baseball have to adhere to the rules that are out there for the rest of the business world? i think hockey needs a race quota don’t you…there are definitely less minorities in hockey than baseball… who was it that said, “hockey is the most racist sport out there, it’s a bunch of white men running around beating the hell out of a black puck.”
