emergent hermeneutics.

my friend rags, a professor at a good bible college, is putting together a class ‘issues of interpretation’ and would like to add a section to the class on ‘hermeneutics and the emergent church.’ he has a couple of questions that i thought might make for some good discussion… here goes.

“What makes emergent hermeneutics distinctive as opposed to traditional historical-grammatical interpretation? Are there any resources that talk specifically about hermeneutics?”
