the critic.

this is certainly a comforting type of statement for those in leadership…  and i like it.  my one question is, what is the arena when it comes to church?  is the arena just a particular area, or can ministry as a whole be taken as the arena–therefore making any person in leadership a viable "critic" with possibly good things to say?
