big couple of days…

February 28th, 2007 § 6 comments

well today is the first day of the rest of my life…

today starts the long-awaited month of march (albeit a day early) in which a lot of things will hopefully fall into place for tracy and my adventure towards church planting… so, if you would, i’d appreciate some prayer for me today and tomorrow that God would continue to open the doors that need opened and close the doors that need closing—and for me to understand why some are closing and why some are opening!

i’ll update you all when some of the things close or are finalized!

***update***
hopefully things will be finalized by the end of the month—or at least there will be some semblance of finality in some regards! tracy and i will be heading to CPAC for assessment. it seems as if all the dominoes are stacking up right behind CPAC, and the CPAC event will be the catalyst for what happens next. we’ll be doing that march 23-26th and hopefully we’ll have some answers by the time it’s over!

thank you for your prayers, i would greatly appreciate your continued prayers as we prepare for CPAC, get ready to sell our house, and try and figure out finances during these next few months!

nope… in fact, that’s what i’ve been in naperville doing since yesterday. it went really well and it’s on hold until the end of the month when tracy and i get done going through assessment at CPAC.

God bless your efforts. My wife and I are working on getting back to the mission field, one step at a time. Across the “blogosphere” I’ve seen several people taking steps lately towards mission work and church planting. Let’s hope many good things are ahead for the reign of God.
