Gmail has taken a huge step forward by offering IMAP for their users! I couldn’t be any more excited about this, especially as an iPhone user! It integrates seamlessly and there haven’t been any kinks in the system yet… I’ve been using it for several days now and I love it. Everything is so much simpler now and life is good.
So, if you’re interested, go here and follow the directions. You’ll be glad you switched over!

Indeed! Our work uses IMAP and it is 10000x better than POP3. I couldnt agree more!
