weekend linkage

throughout the course of the week i’ve stumbled across some pretty interesting stories and/or links to share with you…
* have you ever wondered how they get all the funky designs on the baseball field? check out this story about the man who put the socks on fenway
* oral roberts univsersity proves the health and wealth gospel really is true—as long as racking up $55 million in debt is considered wealth…
* based upon this story I predict Jin will be the next character on LOST to die.
* steve mccoy has listed a tremendous page of links of tim keller resources. i’ve been listening to keller a lot lately… he’s really good. (and that’s an understatement!)
* here’s an interesting opinion article from the san francisco chronicle that gives a balanced perspective on the uproar over the sisters of perpetual indulgence.
* disappointment with willow creeks conclusions in the wake of their REVEAL survey. i completely agree with this conclusion and is something that i too have been thinking about—he just says it a whole lot better!
* be sure to check out and welcome new blogger and fellow leadership resident bret koontz to the wonderful world of blogging!
